Who we are

Printmarkt is a service by Ohhi (Geraedts Holding B.V.). We connect people who have a 3D model with makers who own a 3D printer.

What we store

When you sign in with your Ohhi account, Ohhi gives us your account id, your display name, your email address, your language and whether you are 16 or over. We don't receive your date of birth. We don't keep the keys we use to sign in with Ohhi.

We only use your email address to tell you about a new request or message. Other users never see it.

For makers we store the town they chose, never an address or postcode. The map and the list only show that town, and distances are rounded to 5 km.

Models you only look at stay on your own device. Only when you send a request do we upload the file. We check it and keep a clean copy; the original is discarded.

We keep messages between customer and maker with the request they belong to.

If we email you, the email never contains the content of a message, only a link. We send at most one email per request every 30 minutes.

How long

An uploaded model without a request is deleted after 24 hours. A model that belongs to a request is deleted 90 days after the request is completed or declined.

A closed request is deleted, together with its messages, 12 months after it was completed or declined. A request with no activity for 90 days is closed, and then the same periods apply.

You stay signed in for 30 days; after that you sign in again through Ohhi.

If you delete your maker profile, it disappears from the map straight away. If you delete your account, we erase your profile, your maker profile, your models and your requests as a customer.

Cookies and tracking

We use one cookie to keep you signed in, and while signing in one temporary cookie that expires after 10 minutes. No advertising cookies, no analytics, no third-party trackers.

In your browser we store the town you choose. If you sign in from a price, we keep the model you just picked until you are back, for an hour at most; after that, and when you sign out, it is deleted. That stays on your own device only.

Your rights

You can delete your Printmarkt account yourself under My profile. To view or correct your data, send a message through Ohhi support. You can also file a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens).
